What do I do first...Diet or Exercise?

You have started!

Yep, by asking the question you have decided to do something about your Health, Fitness and overall well being.

I had a couple of good reasons to do something... My family medical history suggested talking to my GP before I hit my 40's. Cancer is a sobering thing and it struck both of my parents. Thankfully they were diagnosed early and have managed to have many years of being 'free' of Cancer.

Off I trotted, belief that my 110kg body was at its peak, in my mid thirties... My GP changed that misnomer straight away, and she had not even weighed me!

CRASH, nope I was obese, overweight.... fat.

Time to do something?

Well, not right away...
