Calories In = Calories Out...

Is it really that hard an equation?

What you put into your body and what your body 'consumes', or burns, in a day means you put on weight, lose it, or stay the same. Does it, really?

Exercise and Diet are the place to start, together.

I am not a qualified doctor, nor am I qualified in the fitness industry: I do take advice from experts in both and have managed to lose 20kg, and stay trim for 18 months.

The stuff I have learnt I would like to share, and if you manage to apply some of what I have shared and are successful, then I have done what I set out to do.
